Sun Beach Holdings is a leading single and multi-family real estate holding company based in North Texas. We started with a Tiny House and RV park over 6 years ago, on our own 4 acres in North Texas. With a focus on quality and community, we develop and manage exceptional properties that enhance the lives of our residents and create value for our investors.
